Each teddy bear carried a journal and a passport, visiting schools across continents and sparking conversations about culture, friendship, and shared experiences. What began as a playful idea grew into a powerful reminder that even the youngest learners can be global citizens, connected by curiosity and kindness.
Early Years Exchange (E.Y.E.)
The Early Years Exchange was a virtual conference launched during the COVID-19 pandemic to meet the need for connection among early childhood educators. It brought together teachers from around the world to share ideas, reflect on practice, and celebrate the unique role of early years education. What began as a response to isolation grew into a vibrant professional community grounded in collaboration and care.
